- When I’m feeling stressed I also like to clean

- You can draw, color, listen to music or all three!!
- You can go for a walk and get some fresh air
- Color
- Take a bath
- Play with my dog. He likes me to dress him up!
- Make cupcakes with frosting and sprinkles
- sit and listen to the birds
- read a book on the front step
- get out and look for signs of spring
- make chalk drawings on the sidewalk
- look at the stars
- make mud pies
