Please make sure you have all of your forms signed and updated physical uploaded into FinalForms or you will not be able to participate.

REGISTRATION FOR DMS SPRING ATHLETICS WILL OPEN ON March 1, 2025. Registration information can be found at https://dover-nh.finalforms.com/ . All student-athletes will be charged a $80 service fee AFTER ROSTERS are established for the season.
Student-athletes who qualify for “reduced lunch” will receive a reduced service fee while those student-athletes who qualify for “free lunch” will receive a waiver of the service fee.
**Please be aware that once you have paid for two sports during the 2024-25 school year, per athlete, the third sport is Free.
All student-athletes must have a Physical Examination prior to the first practice/tryout - physicals are valid for a two-year period from date of issuance.
